Planned gifts are some of the most important and lasting gifts a donor can make in support of the mission of First Congregational Church. While current gifts (annual pledges, capital campaign, etc.) usually benefit ongoing ministry and outreach programs, planned gifts are most commonly made to one of the church’s Endowment Funds or another type of Permanently Restricted Fund to ensure the continued longevity of the church. When you include the church in your estate planning, you make a contribution that has a long-lasting effect on the church.
